Sharm El-Sheikh, (Petra)--Egyptian
President Mohammed Hosni Mubarak received in Sharm
El-Sheikh on Wednesday Foreign Minister Nasser Judeh
who conveyed to the Egyptian President a verbal message
from His Majesty King Abdullah II dealing with peace
making efforts.
Judeh briefed president Mubarak on the
outcome of His Majesty''s meetings this week with
Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas and Israeli Prime
Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.
He also briefed the Egyptian President
on the King''s diplomatic contacts that aim at removing
obstacles facing a solution to the Palestinian-Israeli
conflict on the basis of the two-state formula that
guarantees the establishment of an independent Palestinian
state on the Palestinian national soil.
