When and who need to apply for a visa to visit Jordan:

  • Holders of Dutch passport and/or European passport residing in the Netherlands need to have a visa to enter Jordan. This can be done by applying for the visa at the Consular Section in the Embassy in The Hague in advance, or can obtain a visa upon arrival at any point of entry to the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. Passport should then be valid for six months at least from date of entry.

  • Latvian, Estonian and Lithuanian Nationals holders of ordinary passports, can also obtain the visa upon arrival to Jordan, or arrange their passport and applications with other requirements to be sent to the Consular Section in the Embassy in The Hague with a prior note and with the help of special services company for that purpose.

  • Other foreign nationals residing in the Netherlands and want to visit Jordan should consult with the Embassy about their individual visa requirement.
